The Sewage Advisory Committee (Committee) will meet to discuss the Department of Environmental Protection’s (Department) draft proposed revisions to 25 Pa. Code Chapters 71—73 (relating to administration of sewage facilities planning program; administration of sewage facilities permitting program; and standards for onlot sewage treatment facilities). The purpose of the meetings is for the Committee to review and discuss the Department’s draft proposed revisions and for the Committee to formulate comments to be submitted to the Department.
The Committee will meet at 9 a.m. at the Boyertown Community Ambulance Service Building, 2 East 2nd Street, Boyertown, PA 19512 on the following dates:

The meetings will have an in-person participation option and a remote participation option by means of Microsoft Teams. An agenda for each meeting, meeting materials and details about in-person and remote participation options will be available on the Department’s website at www.pa.gov/agencies/dep.html (select ”Public Participation,” then ”Advisory Committees,” then ”Water Advisory Committees,” then ”Sewage Advisory Committee”). Prior to each meeting, the Department encourages individuals to visit the website to confirm meeting date, time, location and remote participation options.
