December 6-7, 2022
Holiday Inn Lansdale, 1750 Sumneytown Pike, Kulpsville, PA 19443. Hotel Phone: (215) 368-3800

This 2-day beginner’s course covers the PSMA/NOF Inspection Standards. Subjects covered include: system permitting and operations history, basic system components, the basics to locating systems, basics to recognizing problems, analysis of inspection results and evaluation report writing. Individuals who complete the course work and achieve a passing grade on the post-training exam become 101 certified. PSMA-NOF Inspection Standards can then be used under a limited license agreement.  Your company MUST be a member of PSMA to attend a PSMA certification course.

Download PDF of Registration Brochure.  View course syllabus.  See also “Event Details” tab for class schedule.  Space is limited.

Registration:   $445 (10% discount available for additional registrations).  Fee includes course materials, test fees, and meals (lunch both days, dinner on Day 1). Registration closes December 2, 2022.  If your company is registering more than one person for this training, the second & subsequent registration fee will receive a 10% discount. That is to say, the first person is $445 and everyone else is at $400.  The discount will be automatically applied in your shopping cart during online checkout (register everyone at once — i.e., add 2+ seats to your shopping cart).

Please Note: The skills of reading and writing English are required prerequisites for training and for all candidates who will take the PSMA/NOF certification exam. PSMA/NOF-certified inspectors must be able to follow written instructions, record field measurements, write answers to questions and draw conclusions. Trainees must be able to complete the training and the exam without reading or writing assistance. Persons with disabilities should notify the PSMA Office in advance of the session, and reasonable accommodations will be made to assist in facilitating your participation.

Be Prepared! All trainees should bring materials to take notes. A calculator will be beneficial. If you have inspection tools such as probe rods, flashlight, mirror, tape measure and gloves, please bring them. Training on Day 2 includes a field trip and requires you driving to nearby onlot systems with hands-on application of inspection skills. The field activity on Day 2 operates rain or shine. Dress appropriately for field conditions; bring a change of shoes.

Certification Test:  Students will take a multiple-choice test on the afternoon of Day 2.  Students must pass with a grade of 70% or better to obtain their certification credential.  The certification is valid for two years before re-certification is required.

COVID Notice:  Classroom space will be limited. PSMA will be following whatever safety protocols are in place by the local jurisdiction as well as the host hotel.  Please wear a mask and practice social distancing.

The person executing this application certifies that he or she is authorized to bind the identified Business to the terms hereof.
